I have been using my iMac 27" i7 3.6 Late 2009 for Zoom conferencing with very good effect but I would like to be able to extend the display as I normally have 70-80 connections.
I have obtained another iMac 27" i7 2.8 Late 2009 and would like to use it to connect to the other to accomplish extending the display.
I have read a few bits and pieces and got one answer on another forum but these mostly refer to connecting different model machines and so I am not confident of what I need.
Is it just a case of getting a mini-displayport cable and connecting both iMacs together or is something else needed?
Would be most grateful for a knowledgeable answer on what is required. TIA
