not second hand but the Apple store sell refurbs cheaper than new

Solutions inc ( http://www.solutions-inc.co.uk/ ) always used to do them but I can't find the section on their website anymore. Might be worth popping in if they have a shop near you.

Google Apple appointed ressellers.
This'll give you a list of Apple dealers. It's possible you might be able to get one from them. I did many years ago. price though tends to vary on the age of the Apple model you are buying. Be careful though you don't want a model that will not accept the latest software .
