ipI am looking for 4K monitor about 23 inches. Wondered if anyone had any recommendations. Ideally with Display Port and two HDMI inputs

I use a Dell 2415Q - Very happy with it.
 
As above the Dell 2415Q at 24 inch is a good choice if you want to keep to that size.

Personally I think it's a little small for 4K and you'd be better off with a 27 inch but if space is limited then certainly look at that one.

It all depends on how far away you are from the screen, and how many monitors you want on your desk :) Windows 10 is actually really good with it. I run everything normal 1:1 but do find that in Edge I have the browser at 150%.
