I've heard good reviews about the 7d but not much about the 60d.

Any comments on either?

Hi Lisa, I think if you can narrow this down a little to things you perhaps would like to know, or what interests you have, then you will stand a better chance of getting more relevant info.

I have a 7D and it s great camera :) Not a hugely useful comment to you, but without knowing a little more, what more can I say?

The 60D, being very new out, There's be a load of reviews coming probaby in this months magazines. Alternatively check out a preview here. DPreview also has a 7D review here. There'll be loads on the net for the 7D.

There's also a 7D thread on TP that will give you some info and I've got a couple of useful links for the 7D. I'll hunt them out and post them up in a bit.

Canon 7D tutorials here. I know this isn't a review, but may give you some info on specific things about the camera.

You know you'll have to read through them all again when you get the camera. I had it sat on my lap and trying all the bits out. I've got a couple of settings links as well when you get it.

I haven't had chance to look at them yet, but should have time tonight.:)

I'm thinking of upgrading from my 40d, and I'm hoping the price might drop just a little (7d) after Christmas.:shrug: (Hopefully?).

Don't forget VAT increases on 4th Jan which will add £28 onto the price at todays prices.

Hi David

That's great to hear. I mainly shoot horses and dogs. :lol:

I'm just in the process of trying to convince my husband that I need a 7d more than we need a multi-fuel burning stove. :(
