Hi all
I will be upgrading to a new camera within the next couple of weeks and thought it was pretty straight forward by just getting the new canon 7D, but after reading many threads on various forums ( especially this one ) it seems my choice is not so simple as I thought.
I have also been looking at the 1Dsmk2 and it seems a fantatic camera with great auto focus and build quality as well, but will only shoot 4fps. I want a camera with enough pixcels to get a decent crop out of and picture quality is first, second and third.
My main photography is wildlife and macro, I have a canon 1dmk2 which is excellent but not the best camera for cropping in close, and have never really shot it above 3fps, but have'nt really done much with bif's and this is something I really want to try this year. Isn't 4fps enough for bif and some moderately fast action shots.
Will the relatively slow 4fps of the 1dsmk2 be enough or will the 7D be the all round one to get.
Thanks in advance for any help.
