Anybody use them? Are they OK/crap/indiferent/cheap?

Would like your thoughts/comments please.
 
If it's for your Stylus Photo D92 you may want to consider trying Cityink express for refillables. I use their kit in my Canon 9000 and they seem to be a good match for the origionals and cheap as chips.

Yep, it's the D92. I normally use Choicestationary, and get good results.
Just wondered if anyone had any experience of the 7dayshop compats.
 
I always used to use Choice......
Although I don't do much home printing.

Jimmy_Lemon uses JetTEC carts and gets really good results from his Epson. Straight out of the bag too...the sod.
 
Ordered 2 just over a month ago for a HP printer, the color one had a rattle and on trying it out anything containing yellow did not print. The Black cartridge had leaked all over its holder so they were both returned and refunded. I won't be ordering compatables from them again.
 
Thanks for all your replies, have ordered one set to try them out. When they get here I will report back with a review.

Never ever thought of ordering inks from 7dayshop.. might give them a go as I haven't replaced my inks for awhile now, and the black has been empty for almost a year :D

17.99 delivered for both color and black cartridges seem cheap for my hp c4485..

I would actually be green with envy but knowing my printer I'd end up pink
 
Am considering buying some compatible ink cartridges for the first time (Canon printer). Is the colour accurate ?. Longevity ok ?.

Well I can vouch for the ChoiceStationary compats. Certainly as good as epson originals and they last just as long for a lot less money. Never had any complaints about the colour, certainly comparable to original. I cant comment on the others as I have not used them. LINK to Choice.

Just ordered more replacements today for my Pixma 4600 from http://www.prink.co.uk/ been using them for years and put at least fifteen sets through my old Epson C64 which my daughter now uses for her uni work

Never had any blockages, colour seems to last and excellent post free service

Just had alook on the site, prices seem ok! Can you tell me if the ink level indicator works with these carts in?
They do with the Choice ones.
Will see what the 7day carts are like and maybe give these a try.

Only used one compatible cart in my Canon printer s820 and the answer to both questions is a resounding NO and I would never use a compat again. Colour was wrong from the outset and faded almost as I watched. Replaced the cart with a genuine Canon one within minutes and wasted a load of ink flushing the remainder out through the print head before it had a chance to clog (although I believe that's more of a problem with Epsons and compatible carts than with Canons.) Can't remember where the compat came from but it's soured me against them for ever!

Been using compats on my last 3 epson printers for the last few years and never had a ounce of problems with them. ChoiceStationary seem to be the best so far.
The 7dayshop ones have arrived, in very quick time I might add, so just waiting for my printer to say when to change and I will update this thread with my verdict.

Indicators work with them, all come chipped too
