No way. the Upgrades to go from the mk3 to the mk4 are minimal, most fo it for the video. And your 5d Is FF and does video. You've got the best of both worlds..

I shoot with both a 5D2 and a 1DMK3 and I wouldn't swap that combo for any single body. Together they can cover all styles and types of shoots. I'd like a Mk4 but only in addition to the other two bodies

5D2 is an RS6

It is a mondeo ghia and 1d3 is more like good cr-v. Everything else cheaper is Clio and fiesta! ds is something quite special

Funnily enought I have I Defender 110 Tdi.... are you a psychic?

The trouble I have is that I am primarily a bird photographer, hence the 1DmkIII. Superb camera. I recently bought a 5DmkII, mainly for insects, people and the kids (video really useful). Loving the high ISO capability as well. One day I was out photographing bigs, and used it for a close and still bird....image quality blew me away. Since then I've been wondering about a 1D4 which I wondered might be the two best bits of both cameras rolled into one.....
