Hi David, i use a YONGNUO 565EX ETTL Speedlite off camera and enhanced, probably too much in PS.

Get out there now on a damp day my bin is a great hunting grouind they do not like dry days/places. I need to get out again as I have not made time since teh start of January when I took this

Yuk, not sure about rummaging through our bin lol. I have only ever seen one when it accidently appeared in a shot of a bark flyi took.

Leave a few small pieces of wood lying around and then you find loads underneath them.

Not in the bin on the bin.
Leaf litter bits of wood bark chippings etc on top of ponds or pools are all good.
