A few from my garden, taken with a pentax k3ii + sigma 105mm macro +52mm of ext tubes + viltrox ringflash and home made diffuser

The wasp shot at the end had no diffuser.

I love the BG of 1 and 2 but not the treatment of the subject.

Thanks, I was lucky with that, it was in a magnolia tree, and was a little dopey, slow. I hadn't realised they had facets in their eyes too. :):)


Like Chris I very much like the last four. Very nice clarity in the middle and last shield bug. Lovely composition of the bluebell.

Thank You, That shield bug is the first one I've seen, they're not that prevalent over here. So I was delighted that I had my camera with me when i saw it. :ty:
