We went both days but i only had my little lens on the sat as it was a day with the kids, some of these are with that lens and the others with my 50-500mm. Loved seeing the vulcan again! Also loved the 747 with the reds, got a pic but need to watermark it first ;)

Will add more when i get home and go through them properly!

Remember its my first go at this! :LOL:

Nice set. Pity the 10 arrow did not join them to balance up the display
 
nice , the 747 and the reds must have looked amazing in the flesh :woot:
 
Good set of images Lisa, good shot of the arrows and the virgin 747. I was stuck with a 300mm prime so only got the 747 and 4 arrows, the zoom was in the bag.

The grouping on the Reds and 747 shots are particularly good. Great smoke trail and breakaway shots of the Reds, too.

Wish i could of got some better ones of the vulcan but what can you do when it has probs and cant fly! One thing i dont get about that is at Biggin when they said it wasnt coming they said they had been working on it all night trying to fix it but on the vulcan site it says the problem was on pre-flight checks :thinking:

Thanks, from my exif it says mine was shot at 230mm, where was you sat? I was down the bottom ( near all the army tents) at one stage then moved up about half way for the rest of the day.

Near Display centre, not far from the commentary box.

Probably standing next to each other :D, 1D MkII with 300mm f4 (white thing) + 1.4x TC on most of the time

They have agreed to sign a print im gonna send in for them all to sign as a late present for my son who will be 4 on the 7th :clap:

There was 2 blokes to the left of me with white lenses, we probably passed at some point :LOL:

Should have had a tp meet with the few of us that was there!
