Came across this puzzle site mentioned on a forum at a non photography site ;) Seems to be a simple plain text site. I say geek because it does seem to have maths/ computer based puzzles.

http://www.relpats-eht.com/

Once you have solved the puzzle you type it in to the address bar in your browser - making the URL longer.

So once you have done page 1 you enter the new URL
http://www.relpats-eht.com/answer/ << which of course is not the answer!
Then the URL gets longer as you progress.

The first page is really difficult (maybe?) and could have you going in circles... but the second one only took me a minute. Now staring blankly at page 3

hhmm, seems to have been deleted and a basic page put up instead now.

I'm on page 5 now.... language ... so maybe not all geek.

(and I think I gave the first clue) ;)

im thick.....

write the date in numbers then get a kid to look at it ;)

im still thick.....

page 2 doesnt make sense though, hes talking rubbish...

Can't get past page 5. Will have another go tomorrow.. maybe I'll see it differently :ponders:

page 2 was the easiest!! less than 1 minute :)

im staring at 11101010101001010101010101 at the moment.....shhhhhhh

Major geek that one - give you a clue tomorrow if you still need it :)

i tried turning it to something else but the result gave me a 404, so i guess its something else

page 5 is a pig. I recon you have to apply some encryption or decryption to the word 'game' ... and the code type relates to quake and model :ponders:

tried all sorts with that, gave up

maths is for egg heads

I still can't get past page one.

/scuse me while I wash yer winders sir.

The binary is not that bad. You need a binary to text translator. If you put it all in it won't work, so do it one set at a time or put back the leading zero to each set if you want all at once.

i tried the whole string, thats where i went wrong then..

Write this out as a number - in figures...

This date will be exactly three days, fourteen hours

Remind you of anything from schoolboy maths? :)

I completely lost interest on Page 3. :hand:

yeah, page 3 was all greek to me

aye and me.

for page 4 look at the answer to the previous page and use it to translate.

then you can help me with page 5 :)

lol, ok, doing it now

blimey
your on your own Robert!

Yep got that one now. Stuck on page 4...

[edit] wow... got it with a shot in the dark!!!

K, i'm on a roll. Page 6 now...

Hint for anybody stuck on page 5. You need to encrypt something from page 5 using a well known algorithm.

We knew that bit so need a bit more of a clue,

It is called message digest algorithm 5, commonly abbreviated to MD5.

The name of the algorithm itself is a big clue as to what text you need to encrypt.

I'm stuck on page 6 now. Its something to do with prime numbers and binary, but the penny just won't drop...
