Must admit I thought that was weird after I'd ordered it as I had to re enter details on the vendors page again! Oh well it's on a credit card so fingers crossed!
 
Anybody received their canvas yet? I ordered one on the 30th November for a christmas present and have not had anything yet.

No I haven't and if you haven't either I can't see me receiving mine anytime for 2013 at this rate! Thanks for reminding me as I need to send them an email as I paid for the 4 day service!

Well that's my mums Xmas prezzie down the drain as my order is pending. I have dropped them a mail but they've either taken too many orders to cope or worse just taken people £! If it's the former then there really should of been someone doing a all night shift!
 
That's rubbish :( my friend ordered one as well and it's not arrived on time :( she's emailed them, phoned them and no luck getting a response :( looks like they might be duds and taking people for a ride - wish I'd never seen the so called 'deal'! :(

I also paid for the 4 day service :'( and more concerningly I bought another 4 vouchers to give as gifts for some relatives. :shake:
 
Ed I paid with PayPal i think, surely they will be able to get your money back if you did the same? As its Xmas I'm gona give them a chance and give it another 2-3 weeks or so as when I ordered via KGB it said something like 700 sold, which I'm guessing may have been a lot for them, as long as it's of decent quality!

My friends canvas has not arrived and still no response from the company :( but she said she is going to give them a couple of weeks to recover from Xmas etc. Will post if I hear any news.

Same here sent an email after my last post haven't heard anything, maybe they ran out of their "genuine hp ink" from all those orders!
 
You know what guys the more I check this thread the more I'm thinking screw it and get the canvas done somewhere like jessops (my wedding one I did from them turned out beautiful) and get in contact with either KGBdeals or PayPal as this is sounding more like a con!
 
Just an update I had a moan to kgbdeals and said I wanted a refund, today fast(hahaha)canvasprints have mailed to say my order has been expedited.
 
Good luck to all that went with this deal but I'm glad I didn't. How frustrating!

I have just complained to the KGB (not the russian one :lol:). We'll see.

I've lost £45 through this mess. Not happy.
 
My loss is greater than that, at the moment its nearer £60

No was emailed by kgbdeals and fcp with an apology and told my canvas would be here next week. Last update was ready to dispatch so we will see.
 
Ok have just got home and opened my canvas. It's actually a good job (I paid a little extra to have it lacquered) but for £15 its nice and the colour output matches my calibrated image. It's such a shame that I had to resort to complaining which I hate doing and all the trouble you guys have had, as they would have had much more of my business in future!

received mine today.

They are much better than the snapmad ones, but there are some issues. Namely, the wooden frames look a bit weak and poorly assembled, and the canvas has a little fine dust and stains on it. It is 'OK' at that price on my wall, but I would think twice before making another order.
 
Forgot to say my friends one arrived about a week ago - not so fast canvas so they agreed to refund postage. She was happy with the quality. Hope everyone is sorted now!
