Critique abstracts

I've been doing the 52 project on here and last weeks theme was Black and White. I took these four shots and used two of them for the project, while I was quite happy with them for the project I wondered how people would view them outside of the project. Are they too uninteresting/abstract to work on their own as shots?

Sorry Steve, hadn't seen them in the 52 thread, I'll nip over and have a look in a minute but #3 really nails it for me I think because there is a development of abstractness (is that a word?) from the in focus hole to the more abstract.

Thanks Chris, good to know someone else view on it. I liked the line of rim of light in the focus circle in #3.
