Hello, here I'm again looking for the wisdom of fellow members! I'm relocating down south next month (in fact I'm staying in a guesthouse atm) and am looking for a min of one bed flat or house for myself and wife. Any suggestions or advices would be much appreciated! Will be working in wokingham and commuting by train. Thanks!

Are you looking to rent/buy & does it have to be Reading? There may be cheaper options on the Bracknell side of Wokingham- have a google at Binfield & Warfield for example where there is a lot of alternatives with regard to housing.
Unfortunately this is not a cheap area wherever you decide to go!

With such good links to London etc. it certainly isn't cheap!
Try having a look on www.rightmove.co.uk for available properties and see what shows up. Good luck property hunting!
Just to add - Romans, Davis Tate and Prospect all have offices in Reading town centre along with many other estate agents. They would have properties in and around Reading and are amongst the biggest companies in the area.

There are a number of flat rental sites available although can't for the life of me remember which ones I used where you can put ads up for free as your looking for a flat...
