acer travelmate 8372

has any body got any thoughs on the acer 8372 laptop looking at this model as a replacement for my old samsung. problem is you cant get any of the sheds to let you look at one as it then becomes used stock
also considering a hp probook 6360b
any advice and or opinions welcome
