Acounting the business?

OK, here is a question which may not get a good answer but....

Does anyone know about were I can get free accounting software specific for photographer's????

There is one called photobyte, but it only works in US$ and only seems to follow US format i.e. telephone numbers etc...

Dont know if you guys will know the answer because it is a bit off the mark as fare as questions go, sorry.

In what way does it need to be specific?

As an accountant, I can't see what needs to be specific. Other than a custom chart of accounts, but this is really required for any business.

Are you just a private photographer? Do you have a specific bank account for business? Ltd or sole trader?

Need to know more about the business before making a recommendation for a suitable bookkeeping method to be honest

Well to be honest that photobyte software is more of a database of your products, its far from an accounting system.

Why not use it anyway for other record keeping (its free which is cool) , but I strongly recommend keeping the accounting function away from it
