hello i am new to this and to photography, and i want to ask a few questions to see whether any of you can help me :D
Firstly i would like to know if you could help with any good book names, or even good websites to get me started on. I would also like to know about selling stock photos, where are the best places to do so. What the best images to use as a stock photo, and if i had a pictre of a famous landmark is it ok for me to use that at a stock photo. If you have any anwsers to these question, or have any good tips for beginners i will be most greatful.

for a book - Understanding Exposure (Bryan Peterson) made everything made sense for me and is highly recommended by most on this forum.
I dont do stock images but i m sure someone will be aling to help.
 
There are many guides to stock images already on these forums. Try the tutorial board to start with, or search the forums for something like "image library".

Many famous buildings or signs are copyrighted, it would entirely depend on the image itself.
