Hi,
I will be going on holiday in Norfolk soon and have seen Africa Alive. What I would like to know is it any good??

Thanks

I would say Banham Zoo is much better - (both owned and managed by the same co.)

Or depending where you are staying, a trip down to Colchester Zoo.......

Thanks for the reply, have you been to Africa Alve? I was planning on going to both Africa Alive and Banham zoo, will have a look at Colchester zoo now.

If you go to both Africa Alive and Banham zoo you get a discount. I dont rate Africa Alive but we have anual pass for both Banham and Colchester which are both good.

What other things are you going to look at when you visit?

Thanks, I think I will go Banham and Colchester, not sure where else really, I know I want to do a few landscapes as I want to try out my new Tokina 11-16mm :) any tips as to where? thanks

Thanks for all the links some good places :) I'm staying in Hopton so some are a bit far away. :(

Stop at Aldburgh or Southwold on the way to Colchester zoo (Colchester's probably a good hour and a half drive from Hopton).

Kessingland Beach (just round the corner to Africa Alive) has a nature reserve at the furthest end, there may be some seals around loafing on the beach.......
