I dig the treatment on the house but
would have healed out the line of lights.

Thanks ...yea the lights are actually a village and i put them in composition on purpose ..appreciate your time and comments...might now just try a version for own benefit without them,cheers

I agree, I don't think the lights are needed. What was the location?

It was taken in Scullomie on the north west coast of Scotland looking over to the township of Melness(The lights in question)

Great shot of the aurora, the milky way has also been captured and the Andromeda galaxy to the left of it. Has the house and garden been light painted by a torch ?
