Yes
Well, it looks like my XModem has died and I need to pick up a replacement.
Could people post up the models of modems they've got working please as a little research on the net seems to suggest that some Netgear and DLink models can be problematic.

Thanks.

I'm not using an Airport Extreme, but a Time Capsule, I imagine they are pretty much the same with regards to connecting to ADSL modems though.

I'm just using the wireless router from my ISP with the wireless turned off and plugged into the Time Capsule.

Thanks Lewis
I figured it should work with pretty much everything, but the Apple support forums are chock full of people having problems
I've ordered myself a cheap netgear wireless-less adsl router so hopefully that should do the job.

Although you've already ordered a Netgear, I'd just add that i've used Draytek 110 and 120's in the past. They have the advantage of being a true ADSL modem which allows your existing router to connect direct to your internet line.

Update:
Well, turns out what I actualy ordered was a Netgear DM111P, which is an ADSL2 modem rather than router.
Despite the internet (and most of apples support forums) being full of stories about this not working with the Airport it took about about 3 minutes to connect up and get sorted. It seems faster than the XModem was as well which is a bonus.

Kasalic - I'd looked at the Drayteks and they're very well thought of looking at the reviews. They were a bit pricey though, maybe next time
