My son is a machine automation engineer and as a Christmas present he, with the help of another guy at his works has knocked up a slider rail for me. At the moment it is a collection of parts until the motor and electrics arrive. There will no doubt be slight alterations as it is work in progress. This is a collection of photo's of some of the parts. If it turns out a success (I can't see why it won't) and anybody's at all interested I could go into more detail over the next week or so.
