Another landscape attempt

I tried to bring back the sky in Lightroom 2. I think it worked out ok apart from the weird pink clouds.

Stephen, I think this is a good photo that would have jumped with a wider angle shot, which would have created more drama. I see that your widest lens is a 24mm. I recently bought a 12-24, and it has TRANSFORMED the enjoyment that I get from my camera.

Yep, that's done it. Not bad. Could you also try and bring back the hill on the right? Totally up to you of course but I'd probably try a B&W too with boosted contrast.

I might just give the B&W version a try. Sounds interesting, never though of doing any landscape shots in B&W.

I defiantly need a wider ranges of lenses and would love to own the 12-24 you speak of

I'm hoping for my next purchase to get a 24mm prime. It still won't be that wide on a DX but I'm hoping it'll be MUCH sharper than my current wide lens!
