Hi,
Does anyone own a Giottos vitruvian tripod, and if so can you advice how i should collapse the legs so they fold back on themselves?
I recently purchased the tiny VGRN8225+5310-630, and when i received it i could collapse 2 of the legs, but the third leg would not collapse as the silver button would not go over the black part of the tripod to allow the leg to pivot up and fold back.
I complained to the supplier who said it must be faulty and today i received the replacement, only to have the exact same problem.
I asked for the tripod to be checked before i sent it out so i'm assuming i must be doing something wrong, but i can't understand what. Like the one before it, i can get 2 of the legs to fold back on themselves, but not the third.
If anyone can give me any tips on how to get it to work i would be so so greatfull, as this is getting quite frustrating.
