Any one now of a cheep SLR website?

I was wondering if any body has come across or used "Lookangoo". It is a very good looking website which sell cameras and other things realy cheeply but i was not sure if it was scam. as some people are saying it is.

Type in Lookangoo in google and you will see a huge amount of people who have had problems!
