I picked some up when we were out on a walk and I thought they'd look nice in a bowl but can they be preserved? Before I google I just wondered if anyone here had ever either succeeded or failed to preserve them
I think the problem is having them in the house is that they dry out. Did but some spray on varnish on some a while back for a Christmas display that lasted a couple of years. I have just taken one out of my wooden storage box outside and looks good for being in over 2 years old. Just need to get some more to replace them. (good for keeping spiders out)
