Anyone better than me at PS - HELP

The below is my great grand parents grave.

We would love to know whats written on the head stone but i'm struggling to bring out the text.

The site is no longer there, and this pictures was found in my 98 year old grans photograph collection.

My dad scanned it and set it to me.

maude cecelia is the other name but again this is all i can make out

There isn't enough detail in the shot unfortunately to allow for interpolating the image larger to make out the detail. You need either a higher resolution scan from the original, or a photograph of the shot in close up with a macro lens. Should be do-able I would think.
