As title. Are they legit?
 
There are 2711 companies listed at that address, which tells me this is purely an accommodation address. The web page has no company registration details, a company by the name of Instashot Ltd does exist but based in Essex with a sole director that may, or may not be related. Some might think that the prices are unbelieveably low or simply unbelieveable. Until the web pages include proper information, I personally would not purchase from there.
 
This retailer seems to be unaware of their responsibilities under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
For example, amongst numerous issues of non-compliance:
  • no email contract address
  • no phone number
  • inadequate returns policy
  • no confirmation of VAT status
Personally I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole.
 
I used the online chat and I asked where they get their stock from, they said that they get it direct from the manufacturer. None the less I won't be buying from them.
