I have been looking to buy a new monitor for my desktop, i have found a couple of LG monitors that look pretty good, but they all seem to have this 'F Engine'.
Aparrently, 'The F-Engine chip built into the Monitor constantly makes adjustments to enhance the image. Whether it be photos, videos or gaming, the f-Engine enhances your viewing experience'
Sounds Great!
But...
If this is working all the time, does it mean i am not looking at the actual colour cast/brightness/contrast etc of the image, and will it be different once its printed?
Anyone know if you can turn it off?
Or is there anyone out there using an LG LCD monitor who has/hasn't had problems with it?
any help would be appreciated
