Anywhere to get replacement printed manuals?

Is there anywhere I can get a replacement printed manual for my new 40D after my son got hold of the booklet today and pulled it apart :'(

Obviously I have an online PDF, but I much prefer reading the manual as a book.

You'd think I'd know by now to baby-proof the room before leaving him in there alone! :shake:
 
For information, as the 40D manual appears not to be currently available, you can get the genuine Canon manuals (normally includes the original software as well) from the EOS Magazine shop for most cameras - click here

Someone from here kindly pointed me to Old Timer Cameras in Hertfordshire who can do "reprints" (printed and bound to 6x4" (15x11cm) size) of most manuals.

realspeed - It's been one of "those" days all round! Even his most favoured yoghurt and carrot puffs got flung on the floor (that's I'd just cleaned at lunchtime) during dinner tonight. Today has been sponsored by the words "no", "bad" and now, I am pleased to say, "wine" and "chocolate" :D
 
Oh! Good thinking! You can tell it's been a bad day when I don't think of checking eBay! :D
