Hi all,

just want to know if anyone had been dealing with warranty repairs/replacements.

I have iPhone 7 128GB which sometimes battery drains in about 5-6 hours with medium use (no games, just emails, phone calls)

I did full phone reset several times now in the past few months.

Will be taking it to apple store and not sure what they will offer, battery replacement or handset replacement?

Wondering what they will offer me

thanks
Andrius

They do both in store now, so if they diagnose it’s purely a battery fault they’ll change just the battery (unless it’s a very busy time, when they might do a full replacement to get you out quicker).

I had an iPhone problem 18 months ago. Phone was 8 months old and would not charge. Took it into the Apple store at the Trafford centre.Got a "Walk in" appointment. ( Everything is done by appointment) . and got the phone swapped out. Actual face to face time with specialist at store, less than 5 mins. One of the best customer services in the industry

My Macbook Pro developed a fault with the graphics chip last year, even though it was a mid 2011 model they replaced the whole logic board, no questions asked, it took them a day which was pretty good by anyones standards.

I need to pop on at some point, the battery on mine is dreadful; in rarley away from either the office, car or home for long periods so it doesn’t affect me, but on a day trip out I notice it - it’s died and completely emptied twice today on a London trip - and rhatsbsparing use, no maps or sat nav / just browsing, emails and camera really!
