Yes
Does anyone know if the warranty can be transferred on my D60 thats for sale ?

thanks

no there are not. The definitive answer to this is Nikon UK.

No, they are not. Its in black-and-white on Nikon site.

"The warranty card is issued only at the time of original purchase; it is non transferable."

Implying anything else is technically warranty fraud. FYI neither Nikonians or NikonCafe allows any seller to make any claims of warranty transferability. And you can bet Nikonians and NC have had their laywers go over those terms of use on their site.

The original owner can assist, but the warranty does not transfer.

If you were a nice chap, I'm sure you'd act as go between if anything when wrong? :D

Canon...first alphabetically...and photographically. :D

sorry for turning it into a pointless thread...just got me MacBook back and feeling chirpy/naughty. :D

Tried using my brother's Mac at the weekend - stupid mouse nearly went through the window...lol
Who thought a sideways scrolling 'pimple' would be better than a wheel?

I agree, the mac mouse they supply is absolute c**p, I love my cheap as chips mouse from China.....:D Macs DO NOT suck.... million times better than Windows....I challenge anyone to go into the Apple shop, have a good talk with the genius's on the computers, and come away and say Windows are better. :D
