Backpack for Nikon 500mm F4 FL + D500?

Hoping to land the new model Nikon 500mm F4 FL shortly and my current Manfrotto Tri backpack is too small. Can anyone recommend a backpack big enough with the camera attached, and with perhaps space for a single smaller lens as well?

It came with a large flight case which is very good for protection from knocks but it isn't very practical if you have to carry it away from the car. Bird hides often involve a hike to get there. Also with a big enough bag the lens can be attached to the camera ready to go.
 
LowePro 600 AW should cover it. Nice and comfy, holds my 800 F5.6 with 1DX attached and sufficient bits and bobs for most shoots. A friend uses a Tamrac with his 600 F4 L IS (camera attached) which is probably a little better but I can't remember the model number!
 
I used to have a Think Tank Glass Taxi some years ago - pretty good pack.
