It all looks OOF to me. It is a shame that you have not captured the whole wheels of the bicycle as that is where you want to draw the eye to. Also the building at the back is not level.

Just a couple of pointers - Hope that helps.

Eyad, I like a lot of your stuff, but this is not one of the best.

The tops of the buildings and lights should either be in or out.

Missing the bikes wheels at the bottom.

Traffic lights just behind the cyclist spoil his profile.

The cyclist is in shadow.

You've selectively coloured the rider's face and a bit of his shoulder ???

Sorry to be harsh, but I've seen you can do better. :)
 
i have to agree with the comments on here and unfortunalty the lens cant be held to blame for all of it.

As richpips has said, we know you have the skill its just a matter of thinking about whats in thet shot before hitting the shutter release.
