Basically I was in a situation today I feel many togs would not want to be in . Some may NOT me.

and after a pm or two and a few phone calls these guys made the difference imho

For a couples big day.

I hope to show some photos tomorrow and the full storie.

Off out now for a few well earnt drinks .

Ok ill spill.

I was asked to do a wedding 3or 4 weeks ago for a mate . I said I would as it was me or nothing. I told him to have a word with his missus and see what they / she wanted . i:e style / shots the normal.

Anyhow I have been phoning and texting him for the last 3 weeks to no avial.:nuts: .
I only found out on thursday what time the wedding was:nuts: As it was a old mate there was noway of saying sod it ." As it was me or nowt"

I had a word with DD on here and he gave me some advice via email :thumbs:

Then on sat morning I had a few pm's with hacker. then a phone call.

conversion goes like this.

hi dave . hi colin . it sounds like a nightmare mate yep. how many guest dave. no idea mate . what do they want . no idea mate. is the bride wearing a white dress. no idea mate .

how long do you have from wedding to reception no idea mate.

all i new was 2pm at the registry office . and where the reception was:eek:

So after a few pointers from colin and some info via email. i was ready for my journey.
Not sure if anyone noticed but it was pishing down here yesterday. I had a phone call off pikeman " steve" asking if i wanted to borrow 6-8 umbrellas and another flash or lens :clap:

so i used the brollys.

turned up early and was alone till 20 mins before service:(

so i did the best i could with what i had from the day..

just processed most of the shots . With what i had to work with they should be happy :nuts:

Although forgive me if this is out of line, but I think your mate is a bit out of order for dumping it all on you with no info at all, and not bothering to contact you at all to discuss details.
Then ignoring you in the run up to the wedding :shrug:
Just seems a bit rude to me mate.
(Unless I've missed something of course.....which is entirely possible!).
