Apologies for the unphotogenic background and graininess (terrible light), it's been coming regularly for nearly 3 months.
I'm pretty sure this is a female Black Redstart, about the size of a Robin - I first thought it was a juvenile Robin - at rest it bobs up and down. The most distinctive markings are the red-brown tail feathers, which you only see as it flies away.
