Hi mate, welcome, some nice shots here.
The Redshanks works really well with the one bird on the left giving us a view of his face as opposed to the others, nice work.
The Canada Goose has a lovely reflection, but there is a blue cast over the bird which I think you could do with fixing. You have 'no' ticked for edits so I've not posted a repost, but it does look nicer with cleaner whites.
The angle on the female Mallard goes to show what can be achieved with everyday subjects with a little thought, and she is framed nicely, good stuff.
