and...photomad...chocolate biscuits and chicken soup!!!

I've been known to kill a packet of ginger nuts and custard creams with a nice cuppa

I haven't really got a favourite for dunking, and I very rarely have a biscuit without a cup o tea as I HAVE to dunk!! :D If I really had to choose, I think it would be chocolate bics :)

I used to love dunking McVities Cheddars in coffee :)

None ...

Like my croissants fresh and dunked in espresso though ... :D

Or very fresh (Italian) bread dunked in my red wine at the start of a meal ... :cautious:

My wifes home made ginger biscuits are the absolute best for dunking

Fruit shortcake(y)

She's already married you, you dont need to suck up any more! :p

Got to keep on her good side or no more biccies

Would have to go with Hobnobs as well.... never rich tea, one dunk and you come out with half a biscuit, the rest is floating in the tea.

Weirdest thing I know to be dunked is a sausage roll into coffee...one of the guys in my office does that :wacky:

I used to have a mate who used to dunk chips in strawberry yoghurt :puke:

But biscuitwise I'd have to say chocolate bourbons... old school ;)

Ever tried sucking tea/coffee though a kitkat, its great :D

I want evidence :D

We'll have to wait until October now, the weather is too warm to have the oven on till then :(

I didn't know it was possible...... am tempted to try it but have a suspicion I will get covered in chocolate and look a bit stupid.

Puz. Your mate sounds weirder than mine you win :) lol

Was wondering what you were on about for a mo, with the weather as bad as it has been, then realised your not in Sunny Britain. lol

Definitely Bourbons! and they have to have been in the fridge for at least a few hours first, so that when dunking... the outer biscuit gets soggy, but the chocolate inside has a nice cool feel to it still.

Old School dipper here..

McVities Rich Tea then ginger thins a close second..

I like my coffee / teas smooooth, so biccies are a no no :nono:

JAMMIE DODGERS, dip and nibble all the edges and save the jammy centre til last, by which time its all gooey! lovely :D

This thread has inspired me to make a cuppa. But alas. We have no biscuits in :(

No No No...this was all decided years ago -

McVities Digestive - 1st
McVities Rich Tea - 2nd
McVities Shortbread - 3rd

now stop trying to re-write history or re-invent the wheel...
