(Apologies if a similar post has already been made - I did check but may well not have found one, if it exists.:))

For those with a particular interest in Black and White photography a must-see site is:

This site was previously hosted elsewhere and suffered from limited features. The new site is more user friendly and its features are on a par with others.

There are various levels of membership. You could visit there to see what you think of it before formally joining. On it you can get constructive feedback on your black and white images. It is a LEARNING forum and you can get expect informed critique of your work.

You can still visit it but all the threads are closed to new posts.

I think the general standard on both the old and the new forum is very high and I encourage you to visit them and see for yourself.

Looks like a stuffed-shirt hang-out to me. Ok - I took a look, but I can't enlarge any of the posted thumbnails without registering a log-in id. Gordon Bennett, the last thing I need is yet another id & password just to appraise something! And the thread I glanced at seemed to consist mainly of people waffling on about little - middle-aged men cuddling up with each other. Think I'll give it a miss.
