Blinking Power Light

I've been using my new Windows 10 PC for about a month now and the power light has stopped blinking. Normally, when the PC goes into sleep mode the power light blinks to let you know it's still switched on. For the last couple of days it hasn't been blinking when in sleep mode.

Any one any ideas at all please?
 
might help if you stated the model and version of os.

Check sleep hasn't changed to hibernate as a first check
 
Not sure what you mean by the model and version of OS Peter. I checked the power button and it is set to sleep after 20 minutes.
