Bludomain hosting - the year is up, how to renew?

Basically my hosting from Bludomain is up last week, emailed them about renewal but they haven't got back to me...anyone know how to renew? I don't want my site to go down.

Did you use their support page and do you have a ticket number? If so, you can check on the status of the ticket.

If not, random emails tend to be randomly read.

I did get a ticket, and still no response, the ticket is dated 02/08.

They emailed me to renew mine... I don't host with them and never have

well, they emailed me, finally, after 2 weeks submitting the ticket.

I've just signed up to Bludomain to host my site, not had any problems with replies to emails yet, (allowing for the time difference of course). Hope yours was just a one off.

Its not. Bludomain are well known for being difficult to work with, although their websites are very good.
