Bracketing

On a 1000D...is it possible?
I used to use a fujifilm S1500, and I eventually found out how to use the bracketing, but I can't seem to do it on my Canon...is it possible?

Not that I know of! Its probably on the disc that came with it?? I just thought it might be easier to ask you knowledgable lot. Sorry!

Could you do it manually?

Take a series of shots at -1/3, 0, +1/3 stops, for example, with the shutter speed remaining the same (or keep the aperture constant and alter the shutter speed.).

It's got to be in the menu setting if it has the feature? It is on my 400D.
