Hiya

I have a shoot coming and could do with suggestions for somewhere fairly picturesque and quiet to shoot with a model (fashion, not nude or anything!)

I'll have a lot of gear so not to far from parking would be ideal!

Any suggestions?

Within the Bristol environs and with parking or parking very nearby - quiet spots can be located:-


Ashton Court Estate

Blaise Estate

Leigh Woods

Brandon Hill

Tyntesfield is a National Trust Site just outside of Bristol and a number of independent photography courses are held at this venue throughout the year - it's possible that the venue might work along with your needs ... at a charge.

Durdham downs, other side of the Avon from Leigh woods. Parking on Ladies mile and the circular road.

Some of the university halls have very nice & big grounds that are open to the public. Apart from next week when some are being used for graduation tea parties, they're normally quiet with all the students away for summer. You'll need to clear it with each hall

Both of these are very popular for weddings:

Goldney Hall - 18th century gardens

Clifton Hill House - across the road from Goldney

or the university botanic gardens near Durdham Downs which are open to the public.
