Buget Backgrounds

I am thinking about getting a background canvas and stand but am on a buget.

Has anyone got any recomenationd for a decent buget one that will last

I haven't done this myself but I know someone who used to buy large painter's dustsheets and dye them. If you do this, you can often get discounts from the big DIY chains at bank holidays and some even do 10 per cent discounts to over 60's on a Wednesday.

I use a curtain rail stuck across my bay-window

oh and black and white bed sheets from Wilko's of course!

stable imaging backgrounds are pretty good

Use chroma key Green/Blue. You wont need anything else. you have any bg.

Might be a silly question guys but if you bought a black or white background wouldn't they clash with with similar colours like clothing, hair etc? Would it be better to go plain or try one of those clouded ones?
