Burning DVD's.

We're looking at offering our customers a DVD slideshow of their shoot.

The program which makes the slideshow supplies it in 3 versions, a low res mp4, high res mp4 and high res ISO (the ISO playing on a dvd player hooked up to a tv, the mp4 files for pc/web etc)

I am really struggling to get all 3 versions on a single DVD. I can get the mp4's on, or the ISO file, but not both.

Has anyone got any ideas/suggestions?

Thanks in advance...

what sizes are your mp4's?

also what program are you using to burn the DVD?

Really you don't want to export from the slideshow program to mp4 and then re-encode for DVD because you are putting your files through two kinds of compression. Ideally you want all three files to export as mpeg2 with audio as ac3 - this is the format that goes onto your dvd so if you can export at mpeg2 from scratch you will end up with a better result

Neil_G's right. Once you burn the ISO image onto disk, the disk will be "full"

Just burn the ISO version then it can be played on everyones system whether its PC based or DVD based. If they want the mp4 version (for websites, email distribution) then burn those to a seperate disk.

check what is on the disk image too, like I said you don't want a disk image of an mp4, you really want to export as mpeg2. mp4 will work but mpeg2 is the file format you want
