I'm new to the forums and I've been really into photography for about a year now.
I currently own a Canon Powershot SX10 but for ages I have wanted to upgrade to a D SLR.
Anyway, my question is, has anyone on here ever bought D SLRs from the USA to save money because of the decent exchange rates?
If you have did you come across any problems with shipping etc?
And what website did you buy from?

Matt

Hi Mathew and welcome to the site, two words of warning here, for buying from the U.S. "customs charges" or the VAT man. It may get through fine with none but its a risk you take. Theres also the fact that any warranty may not be covered here in the UK. I have never bought anything myself, others may have more positive stories.
