Yes
I see loads of posts on here regards what bag to get but does anyone have a good guide once you have said bag on how to adjust it to suit your body/back?

Same rules that apply to regular rucksacks. Try to get the weight on the hip strap by adjusting that first. Then adjust the shoulder straps so that they're comfortable. They should keep the bag vertical without taking weight off your hips.

Load it so that the heaviest weight is in the middle middle ie camera/lens combo at center vertical and horizontal, then lighter gear, spare lenses, flash, etc at the sides/top/botom. Adjustments will be at best sparse, unless you spend a lot of cash on said bag. Top backbacks will have lumber and shoulder strap adjusters, but not the cheaper ones.

Ok well my bag has the camera compartment at the bottom so all the weight will be there. Think I just need to load it up loosen all the straps off then start adjusting working from the waist straps
