Hi,

Newcomer to photography and looking to buy my first lens.

The cheapest (by quite a bit) I have found it is on a website called camerabox.co.uk just wondering if anyone has used them previously and if they had a good/bad experience

Hi,

I used them for my Nikon 70-300 AF-S VR and, despite the price rising by nearly a hundred squid between ordering and delivery they still honoured the price

As you say low prices & from what I've read they are ok if you don't have any problems however be aware that when they quote a 'full refund if not satisfied etc' when I returned a camera to them & asked for a refund I was a bit suprised when they told me I would get it 'within 30 days' and in my case it took over 20days

I got my SB600 from them and had it next day with no problems

I buy a lot from camerabox and so far only ever had impeccable service from them ....as the last ratings show I would put this down to spam from another third party trying to sell same gear and give them a bad name ....camerabox are 110%
