Can anyone reccommend a good digital photo frame

It's my better halfs birthday on Saturday and She would like a digital Photo frame but is completely bemused by selection avaiable on the internet. Can anyone please reccommend one? Just a good quality one, not all this music playing bumf etc, something around 9/10" preferably mains power and at a reasonable price.

I have one of these and it is fab.

a very good 1024x728 resolution and actually a size that's viewable on the shelf / wall.

OK it does music and movies but you don't have to use the features

i bought a sony dpf-d70 from john lewis, 7" frame, they have the 8" dpf-d80 at £99 in stock. can't fault mine forget how much it was though

I would recommend against imate/momento
Seem good on paper, but have a string of unhappy/dissatisfied users left behind them

I did some reading around whilst buying one for the mother in law. The general consensus was that Sony made the best (and charged for it) with Kodak next up. We bought her a Kodak 7" from Amazon for the half the price of the Sony. No it's not quite as good, but if costs are limited, the Kodak is a good choice.
