Can I batch sharpen jpeg's?

I have a batch of photo's taken as jpeg files and i would like to know if I can sharpen all of them as one batch or do I have to do each separately.

You can sharpen them all as a batch. What software are you using to sharpen them and how are you sharpening them?

oh! sorry. CS4 and usually un-sharp mask...

Simply make an action to sharpen the image as you like it, then use the batch command (under file/automate/batch) to apply that action to a folder of images. Wayne

sorry, but i'm not sure how to do that! I have only ever edited single images before ive never used actions etc.. would it be possible to run me through it?
