can i print 6X4 without crop

If your camera is definately 3:2 ratio, you can print 6x4 without cropping, if they're coming back cropped, I would imagine your camera is something other than 3:2.
 
My camera is defo 3:2 but if i crop it myself before sending it will this have an effect??

This is one i sent off to them but it did get cropped even more.

You seem to have cropped to 500px × 479px, so it's now no longer 3:2 and won't fit the standard 6x4 print.

I think most processing houses would re-crop this to 500 x 333, so you'll lose the top and bottom of your picture.
 
What software are you using to do the crop?
 
Extend the canvas to make it 6x4 ratio with with a white area to one side? You can always cut the white part off later.

Another thing to bear in mind is that you might sometimes lose a little bit from all edges due to the printer allowing for a 'bleed' area, or something like that. It's a matter of millimetres, but it basically allows for any movement during the printing, so you don't get white edges if the print ends up slightly skewiff.
 
Here you go matey, give this a try....

Step 1 - set the crop tool to however you need it. in this case, 4 inches high, blank width.

Step 2 - click and drag over the whole image.

Step 3 - Now to extend the canvas!

Step 4 - You can do it however you like, but this is for a 6x4, as you've enquired about.
